Title	Correspondence concerning the non-payment of the fee farm rents payable by Sir Edward Hulse from the Manor of Barking, co. Essex, and by Mr. Whyting Roach, Exeter, and Mr. T. H. Roach, Salisbury, Lords of the Manor of West Pennard or Peniard, co, Somerset.
Description	Enclosed: 1) Copy of T.H. Roach's Account of the fee farm rents due from the Manor of West Peniard form 1892 to 1898, as sent to Messrs. Collyer-Bristow & Co. by Geoffrey Warburton, 10th June, 1899. 2) Copy of the opinion of the Hon. Malcom M. Macnaghten upon the case laid before him as to Lord Sandwich's rights and remedies in regard to enforcing payment of the fee farm rents charged on the Manors of West Pennard and Barking, 11th January, 1900.
