DescriptionThe opinion was sought by the trustees of the will of the late Earl of Halifax because of trespassing by the Keepers into the late Earl's woods called Hawney or Hawnhay in the p. of Great Houghton, and Horton in the parish of Horton, co. Northampton, which adjoin Horton House where Lord Hinchingbrooke, the late Earl's son in law, occasionally resides.
