DescriptionThe lands etc. vested in Trustees are the manor of Apps, otherwise called Apps-Court, co. Surrey, the manor of Quinton, Hartwell and Farnton, co. Northampton, all the parts of the manors of Bradfield otherwise Braifield on the Green and Little Houghton, co. Northampton, belonging to the late Earl of Halifax, and all messuages, lands etc. of the late Earl of Halifax in the parishes etc. of Apps-Court, Walton upon Thames, West-Mouldsey, East Mouldsey, Long Ditton, Thames Ditton, Chessington, Stoak Dawborn, Esher and Kingston, Jerry, in Quinton, Court Wooton, Brafield on the Green, Little Houghton, Cooknoe, Dodington-Parva alias Denton, Earles-Barton, Preston Denary, Hartwell, Piddington Assart & Appletree, alias Appleby, co. Northampton; in Ekeley and Stoke Goldington, co. Buckingham; all those messuages and houses in the town of Northampton; and all those copyhold messuages and tenements lying within the Honour or Manor of Hampton Court, co. Middlesex. The trustees are Rt. Hon Thomas Earl of Scarbrough, Rt. Hon George now Earl of Halifax, Rt. Hon. Francis Lord North and Guilford, and Charles Montagu, Esq.
