Poyntz, made a half of the principal sum of £4,000 the money of W, Poyntz. Reciting finally an agreement between A.M. and W. Poyntz to assign a half of the mortgaged premises to 2. Now 1 assigns to 2. in trust for William Poyntz Esq. A half of certain leasehold premises in the p. of St. George Hanover Square, co, Middlesex. |
