DescriptionRecites: 1) Bond in £5,056 of 20th December, 1784. 2 bound to Robert Mackreth of Ewhurst, co. Southampton, Esq. Recites that 2., in consideration of £2,528, part of the £4,127.1.4d., then due upon a Bond of 1st May, 1779, and a Warrant of Attorney to confess Judgement theron, had agreed to pay Mackreth an annuity of £316 during 2's lifetime. 2) Assignment of 20th December, 1784. 2. assigns to Mackreth all the annual dividends which should become due to 2. from £10,572.13.4d. 3% Consolidated Bank Annuities as collateral security for the annuity. 3) Assignment of 9th July, 1785. Mackreth, in consideration of £2,537.9.0d., assigns to 1. the recited Bond and Warrant of Attorney and the annuity of £316. 4) Assignment of 9th July, 1785 Mackreth assigns to 1. all the annual dividends due from the £10,572.13.4d. 3% Bank Annuities. Now for £2,616.9.0d. from 2 to 1. 1. assigns to 2. the annuity of £316, the recited Bond and Warrant of Attorney, and the annual dividends due from the £10,572.13.4d. 3% Bank Annuities.
