DescriptionRecites: 1) Lease of 29th April, 1758 (Hinch/2/157) 2. Death without issue of Charles Lord Viscount Fane. The title to the premises in the lease passed equally to Rt. Hon. Dorothy Countess of Sandwich, wife of 4th Earl, and Hon. Mary de Salis. 3) Act of Parliament (12 George III), entitled "An Act to enable John Earl of Sandwich and John Lord Viscount Hinchingbrooke to grant leases of the Countess of Sandwich's moiety of estates in the counties of Armagh and Limerick". 4) Assignment of the lease to 1 5) 1 has proposed to surrender the premises of the lease to 2 to enable 2 to grant to 1 a new lease for 3 lives at £570 p.a. Now 1 surrenders to 2 remainder of term in Town and lands of Crean in Barony of Small County, co. Limerick.
