Description1 agrees to convey to 2 all that one undivided moiety and all other the shares of 1. in the ground and several messuages built thereon being in or near Grafton Street in the p. of St. Ann within the Liberty of Westminster, co. Middlesex. 2 agrees to pay to 1 the sum of £600 and then for the term of 1's life one annuity of £100. For the performance of all these covenants each of the parties binds himself to the other in the sum of £500.
