Middlesex (further described), the whole of which was formerly the estate and inheritance of James Pettit snr. and was devised by him in his will, under which Dorothy Hall late of the p. of St. George Bloomsbury, co. Middlesex, widow became entitled to one moiety thereof as one of the 2 children of Edmund and Joanna Lewin, which was devised by her will to her son, Thomas Hall, and his heirs, with remainder to James Pettit jnr.
