Description(To make a tenant to the precipe) 1 and 2 to 3 All those 38 pieces of ground in the p. of St, Martin in the Fields, St. Giles in the Fields and St. Anne Westminster, co. Middlesex (further described) which were conveyed by the Release of 2nd July, 1717 (H 2/110-11) the Bargain and Sale of 5th July, 1739 (H 2/114) and the ensuing Common Recovery (H, 2/115), and were by the will of James Pettit jnr. (H 2/117) devised to 1 in trust for Lady Mary Henrietta, Viscountess Hinchingbrook, for life, and after her decease, in trust for her first and other sons in tail male. Also one fifth part of one undivided moiety in 85 messuages, 85 tofts, 85 gardens, one shamble and 10 acres of land, late of James Pettit jnr. but now of 2., being in the p. of St, Martin in the Fields and St. Ann Westminster, co. Middlesex, late the estate of Sarah Ripley, deceased, late wife of Thomas Ripley of Whitehall, co. Middlesex, Esq., the whole of which estate was formerly of Samuel Biscop Esq., deceased and by his decease descended to Joanna, afterwards the wife of Theophilus Dillingham of Hampton, co. Middlesex, Esq., and Sarah Bucknell, widow, deceased, as his sisters and coheirs or devisees and all other the undivided shares of the late James Pettit jnr. and now of 2 in all the messuages etc. in the p. of St. Ann Westminster and St. Martin in the Fields, late the estate of Joanna Dillingham, deceased.
