DescriptionFor the sum of £1,500 by 3 to 2. Various pieces of ground, part of Newport Ground or Garden, in New Street and Grafton Street, in the p. of St. Martin in the Fields, St. Giles in the Fields and St, Ann Westminster, co. Middlesex. (further described). Now for the further sum of £200 to 3 to 2. 2 Agrees with 3 that the land above shall be charged with the payment of the £200 and the £1,500. Endorsed: Acknowledgement of Receipt. 15th August, 1749 John Stace, residuary devisee of Richard Girlington, Esq., deceased of James Pettit. £802.17.0d., the remainder of the sums of £200 and £1,500 and all interest due. Agreement by Stace to procure an assignment of the securities for the debt to be made to Pettit.
