DescriptionRecites:1) The land to be conveyed is part of the demesne land of the manor of Brampton, the manor was granted to the 1st Earl of Sandwich and his heirs male by King Charles II. 2) By virtue of the grant 3 is now the tenant in tail male in possession of the manor, and the reversion in fee simple upon failure of heirs male is now vested in 1 in right of her Crown. Now for £2.2.0d. by 3 to 2 2 Conveys to 3 All the remainder or reversion or other estate and interest of 1 expectant of and in that parcel of land containing 24 perches, adjoining on the east side the churchyard of the Parish Church of Brampton, and being part of the close of pasture land and orchard in the occupation of Charles Johnson. There is a plan of the land in the margin.
