Description | Recites: 1) Deed Poll of even date Reciting that 1 then stood seized in fee of the Perpetual Advowson and Right of the Patronage of the Rectory or Parish Church of Eynesbury. Then for £3,000 by 2 to 1 1 granted to 2 the next gift of the Rectory and Parish Church upon the next Avoidance. 2. Lease, Release and Assignment of 15th - 16th June, 1802 (Hinch 2/64-65) 3. The Advowson and other hereditaments also mortgaged to Rev. Thomas Dampier of Eton, co. Buckingham D.D., now deceased, by a Lease and Release of 24th-25th March, 1768, and to Robert Palmer, Robert Mackreth and Robert Burton by a Lease and Release of 1st-2nd September, 1784 (annexed to Hinch 2/51) Now for the £3,000 by 2 to 1. 1. Agrees to execute all such deeds for granting the Advowson of Eynesbury so as a good and complete legal title to present to the Rectory and Parish Church will be vested in 2. 1 will keep indemnified the right and title of 2 to the next gift of the Rectory and also 2 and his lands etc. from the payment of the three sums due by virtue of the recited mortgages. |
