Description(Marked:E) Recites the Settlement of 1st-2nd June, 1791 (Hinch 2/58) Now 1 and 2 agree with 3 that they will levy one or more fines in favour of 3 (trustee) of the lands etc. comprized in the recited Settlement. They further agree that the fine levied shall be to such uses as 1 and 2 shall jointly appoint by further deeds and for want of such appointment, to the uses of 1 and 2 and their heirs for ever.
