DescriptionRecites: 1) Declaration of Trust of 22nd September, 1787 (Hinch 2/52) 2) Assignment and Declaration of Trust of 8th April, 1788 (Hinch 2/53) 3) Death of Isaac Eaton and his will (24th January, 1786) appointing 1. his executors for his English affairs 1. proved the will and thereby became entitled to the sum of £500 secured as recited in 1) and 2). 4) £500 still remains due to 1, but all the interest has been paid off. 5) 1. have called for payment and 3. has applied to 4. to advance him the same. Now for £500, by 4. by direction of 3. and with consent of 2., to 1. 1., by direction of 3. and with consent of 2., assigns to 4, the sum of £500 the recited Declaration of Trust and the recited Assignment of Declaration of Trust. 1 also constitutes 4. his attorney.
