Description(Marked no. HINCH 5) Recites: 1) The 2 sets of indentures of Lease and Release of 19th-20th September, 1785. (Hinch.2.47-48) 2) An agreement made between 1,2, and 3 that for the more punctual and regular payment of the interest due on the principal sums of £10,000, £10,000 and £2,000 secured by the deeds of the first recital, 1 should make a Letter of Attorney to authorize 4 to collect the rents etc. of the manors, lands etc., released by the recited deeds in trust to pay to 2 the interest due on the sums of £10,000 and £10,000 and to 3 and Culling Smith the interest due on the sum of £2,000: any surplus to be paid to 1. Now 1 appoints 4 to be his Attorney and Receiver.
