TitleRental (2 copies; one marked "Copy for Mr. Dunn") of the Earl of Sandwich's Estate at Eynesbury
DescriptionProposed to be mortgaged to Charles Boone Esq., for securing to him the sum of £8,000. With Mr. Dunn's copy are four notes from the Earl of Sandwich to John Thomlinson, dated 2nd, 16th, 26th August and 3rd September, 1812, concerning the calling in of their mortgage by Messrs. Williams and partners. There are also some rough notes for the rental and notes on who has possession of the various title deeds.
