DescriptionRecites numerous earlier deeds including: 1) Settlement of 23rd-24th August, 1771. (Hinch/2/16-17) 2) The two Leases and Releases of 19th-20th September, 1785 (Hinch/2/47-48) 3) Lease and Release of 1st-2nd November, 1797, and the ensuing Common Recovery (Hinch/2/18-21) 4) The two Leases and Releases of 13th-14th March, 1798 (Hinch/2/22-25). 5) Lease and Releases of 25th-26th September, 1798 (Hinch/2/26-27) 6) Lease and Release of 27th-28th September, 1798 (Hinch/2/28-29). 7) Lease and Release of 8th-9th July, 1804. (see endorsement on Hinch 2/26-27) 8) Lease and Release of even dated (Hinch 2/38) Now for better securing the repayment of the sum of £5,000 to 5 1 assigns to 6 in trust residue of the term of 500 years. 2 assigns to 7 in trust residue of the term of 1,000 years. 3 assigns to 8 the principal sum of £5,800, which was assigned to 3 as in recital (7) above. 3 also releases to 8. The same land etc. as in the Mortgage of even date (Hinch 2/38).
