DescriptionRecites earlier deeds, including: 1) Lease and Release of 25th-26th September, 1798 (Hinch/2/26-27 2) Lease and Release of 27th-28th September, 1798 (Hinch/2/28-29) 3) Mortgage of even date (Hinch/2/34-35) Now for better securing the repayment of the principal sum of £3,000. 1 assigns to 6 in trust residue of the term of 500 years. 2 assigns to 7 in trust residue of the term of 1,000 years. In the same lands as in the mortgage of even date. Endorsed: Assignment of Terms of Years in trust. 28th November, 1812. 1) Jane Maule of the town of Huntingdon widow, executrix of the will of George Maule. 2) Henry Sweeting 3) John, 5th Earl of Sandwich. 4) Robert Cooch. 5) Charles Boone of Berkeley Square, co. Middlesex, Esq. 6) John Thomson of Wavesley Abbey, co. Surrey, Esq. 7) Ralph Dunn of Threadneedle Street, in the City of London, gent.
