DescriptionRecites: 1) The 2 mortgages of 14th March, 1798 (Hinch/2/22-25) 2) The principal sums and the interest on them are still due to 2 from 3. the principal sum (but no interest) is still due to 1 from 3. 3) 3 wishes to have the above recited securities transposed and 1 and 2 have agreed to 3's request for a transportation. Now 1, with the consent of 3, releases to 2 The lands in the p. of St. Mary and St. John, Huntingdon, comprized in the mortgage of 14th March, 1798 (Hinch/2/24-25) And 2 with the consent of 3 releases to 1. The lands in the p. of Eynesbury comprized in the mortgage of 14th March, 1798 (Hinch/2/22-23) Endorsed: Settlement (by Lease and Release) 8th-9th July, 1804 1) Same as 1 above. 2) John, 5th Earl of Sandwich. 3) John Thomlinson of Staple Inn, London, Gent. Recites:1) Mortgage (by demise for 2,000 years) of 2nd May 1800 (Hinch/2/34-35) 2) The principal sum of £5,800 is still due to 1 from 2., but all the interest has been paid off. 3) A marriage soon to take place between 1, and the Rt. Hon. Mary Anne Julia Louisa Harriet Lowry Corry, only daughter of Rt. Hon. Armar Lowry, late Earl of Belmore in Ireland, deceased, and on the treaty for the marriage it was agreed that in consideration of the settlements to be made by 2 in favour of bride and 1 and their issue, 1 should assign the £5,800 to a trustee named by 2 in trust for 1 until his marriage, and then in trust for 2 and 1 should also convey to the trustee the lands which are the securities for the sum. 4) Settlements agreed by 2 have this day been executed by him Now 1 at request of 2 assigns to 3 The principal sum of £5,800 in trust for 1 until his marriage, and then in trust for 2. And 1 at request of 2 releases to 3 The lands in the p. of Eynesbury comprized in the mortgages transposed by deeds of 25th-26th September, 1798, but subject to the term of 2,000 years (recital 1) as to such of the premises as are therein comprized.
