Recites: Mortgage of 4th June 1763 For £5,000 Sandwich to Calcraft lands as in Hinch 2/5 Now £5,000 by 3 for debt of 2 to 1 Endorsed: 2) Deed Poll 19th February 1766 Reciting that the principal sums due to Dundas are now £20,000 and £5,000. Sandwich and Dundas now agree that the above securities should apply to a further loan of £2,000. Endorsed: 3) Deed Poll. 9th August 1766 Sandwich and Dundas now agree that the above securities should apply to a fourth loan of £3,000.
