DescriptionRecites: 1) 1. is entitled to certain meadow lands near Huntingdon (further described). 2) 2. being desirous of obtaining greater facilities for supplying the town of Huntingdon with water, have applied to 1. for a demise of liberty and licence to lay down from the existing waterworks a waterpipe or main under the meadow lands of 1. Now: Agreement between 1. and 2. about the constructin etc. of the waterpipe and about other conditions eg. tenants of the land to be compensated for any damage done during the course of contruction: on completion of the work 2. will accept of a of a demise from 1. similar to the draft demise (Hinch/11/76) already prepared.
