DescriptionThe majority of the Arbitrators have directed the Proprietors of the Navigation to erect 2 dams at Milking Corner across the mouths of Portholme Brook, 4 feet 6 inches high, despite Mr. Brown of St. Neots principal director of the Navigation works, proving upon oath that 3 feet 6 inches was more than sufficient.
