DescriptionHas had a long interview with Mr. Limbrey Higgs, the solicitor, and Mr. Bendall, the promoter of the proposed company. Mr Bendall is a stock jobber, working mainly in the South African Market. Since Lord Sandwich is unwilling to join a Company which is not formed on the soundest principles, gives details of the proposed company and its financial arrangements, with his own opinions thereon, in order that Lord Sandwich may judge whether he will become a director of the company. Sends a draft of the revised prospectus. Lord Sandwich's answer is desired by Monday.
