Fellowes Esc., Ramsey Abbey, Sept. 29th, on the contemplated division of the Hurstingstone Hundred. A letter (Alconbury, Sept. 29, 1851) from James Rust Esq., to the C.P. on the proposed making of a new division with Ramsey as chief town. Reference to Ramsey as that very criminal quarter.
