TitleBody-Stealing: Samuel Ladds, Peterborough, Whitesmith deposed to going with a Mr. Grimmer and a certain Hemment to take away a corpse found in Dr. Johnson's Hovel and meeting John Spriggs and three other persons near Saxon Barns carrying a body in a sack. The body was supposed to be that of a Mrs. Billings but Gilbert claimed it as his mother's. Billings said nothing, and Gilbert took it away.
