TitleStatement by William Stimpson of Alsworth, Cambridge, accusing Robert Watson of stealing from him a pair of breeches (14/-); by James Davis, Little Stukeley, labourer, that Watson had sold them to him for 5/-, because Watson was out of place and must have some money. (For the first time there appears on these Depositions a statement by the examining magistrate, Sir John Arundel, that they have been distinctly read over to the prisoner who appeared perfectly to understand the same and made his mark in my presence.
