Description | (i) The Right Honourable The Earl of Sandwich - the lessor (ii) The Corporation of the Town of Huntingdon Reciting a lease of meadowland on the north side of Bromholme Brook from (i) by (ii) and the construction of a well or tank in a field occupied by Thomas George Hearn for the purposes of supplying water to the town of Huntingdon. Further mains or wells are contemplated across lands on the south side of the Brook. (i) grants liberty for (ii) to maintain and use the waterpipes, wells etc constructed or to be contructed on the land marked on the attached plan. Term of 21 years, 10s annual rent. With various covenants. |
