DescriptionContains an extract from the final meeting of the Alwalton and Chesterton Coronation (1937) Committee when it was agreed that the balance of the Coronation funds be used for promoting annual sports meetings, and the Coronation Committee be elected en bloc as the Sports Committee. At the back of the volume are the results of the Annual Sports meetings 1937-1942
Loose papers in the volume - letter and exemption certificate dated 24 February 1944 exempting Alwalton and Chesterton Sports Fund from the War Charities Act 1940, and a programme for the Alwalton and Chesterton Sports Committee supper and welcome home party for the ex prisoners of war, 17 November 1945
