Description1. Henry Alden Ekins of St Ives, butcher. 2. Ann Cannam of St Ives, widow. Consideration: £200. Recites that 2 has agreed with 1 to purchase an annuity of £18 to be paid for during the natural life of 2 and to be secured by this indenture. Now 1 grants to 2 and her assigns an annuity of £18 to be paid in two equal half yearly payments. Furthermore 2, as collateral for securing the said annuity, shall surrender to 1 at his request according to the custom of the Manor of St Ives with Slepe two messuages in the Waits, St Ives.
