A freehold messuage and buildings now used as a pipe manufactory, formerly a wood house, and built on land in St Ives near the common pound and behind the estate late of Samuel Johnson known as the Globe Inn. Furthermore 2 grants to 3 for the better securing of the said £800. A copyhold messuage held of the Manor of St Ives with the Sleap and Burstellars in Merry Land, formerly occupied by John Rose, then Henry Hall, then Richard Watts, then Thomas Moore and now Mr --- Bays. 2 to pay £800 plus interest to 3 by 3 August next.
