Description1. William Asplan the elder of Bluntisham, gentleman. 2. William Asplan the younger of Bluntisham, farmer. 3. Thomas Dennis Paul of Leicester, ironmonger; Stephen Feary of Bluntisham, farmer; Michael Foster of Huntingdon, surgeon. Consideration: £450 plus interest from 3 to 1 and 2 to be repaid by the 23 May next. Recites lease and release dated 28/29 November 1813 between William Tebbutt, 1, and Coxe Butcher. Recites lease and release date 6/7 August 1820 [see 4670/1]. Freehold land (13a 3r) exclusive of a road twenty foot wide on the south east side lying in Gull Field in Berry Fen, Bluntisham, being the property conveyed in the lease and release dated 28/29 November 1813. Freehold messuage or farm house with a parcel of pasture land adjoining (6a 3r 17p) known as the Home Close, and a new allotment (11a 21p) in Hay Field, both now occupied by 2 and which were conveyed by the lease and release date 6/7 August 1820 [see 4670/1]. Copyhold lands held of the Manors of Somersham with the Soke and Bluntisham Stockings [as in 4670/8]
