Description1. William Asplan the younger of Bluntisham, farmer. 2. Robert Warner of St Ives, currier. Consideration: £300 plus interest paid by 2 to 1 to be repaid on 10 May next. Recites lease and release dated 6/7 August 1820 [4670/1]. Properties. Lands as at 4670/3. Also all other freehold messuages and lands of 1 in Bluntisham. Also 1 shall surrender to the Manor of Bluntisham all that new allotment (4a 14) in Mill Field, Bluntisham, and another allotment (10a 2r) in Mill Field, to which 1 was admitted on the 7 November 1821 upon the surrender of Samuel Knight.
