A new allotment (11a 2r 16p) lying in Barley Crofts Field and Meadow in Bluntisham and now occupied by Robert Sandifer. Plot of freehold land (5a 2r) lying in Higham Field in Bluntisham. The said 2 plots were awarded to Coxe Feary, father of the said Naomi Feary and to which Naomi has succeeded as devisee of the said Coxe Feary. Also 1 transfers to 2 all that deed poll or policy of assurance upon the life of said Stephen Feary in the Rock Life Assurance Office dated 19 December 1850 and numbered 8427 for the sum of £1000.
