Description1. Stephen Feary of Bluntisham, farmer. James Cross of Gingley on the Hill, Nottingham, esquire; George Frederick Corringham of Masterton, Nottingham, gentleman; William Williamson of Everton, Nottingham, farmer. Consideration: £6000 to be lent and paid by 2 to 1 to be repaid with £120 interest on the 20 January next. Recites will of Thomas Clarke of Chesterfield, Derbyshire, gentleman, deceased, dated 28 July 1858. Recites that the said Thomas Clarke died 4 October 1858 and his will was proved in the district registry court of probate at Derby 3 December 1858. Recites that three different suits of Clarke v Clarke, Scorer v Clarke and Coringham v Clarke were instituted in the high court of chancery for the administration of the estate. Recites order of the court of chancery dated 4 May 1860. Recites various petitions heard in the court of chancery concerning the administration of the estate. Properties: Messuages, farms, lands, etc, lying in Bluntisham as specified in the schedule and delineated in the plan. Reconveyance [on dorse of second folio], 28 August 1868. 1. The said Frederick Corringham; the said William Williamson. 2. The said Stephen Feary. 3. Edward Alfred Wallingford of St Ives, gentleman. Recites that the said James Cross, party to the original mortgage, died 8 November 1861. Recites that the principal sum of £6000 is still owed by 2 to 1, but that the interest has been paid. Recites that 1 now require repayment of the sum of £6000. This indenture witnesses that 2 has repaid 1 in full, and the said properties have been reconveyed to 2.
