To her sisters, Hester and Phoebe Kaye, the sum of £100 each; to Elizabeth Gabbitt Whitmore £400; to Mary Anne Watson, Clementia Puckle and Charlotte Warington Puckle, £300 each. To her nephews, John William Kaye, Joseph Kaye, James Kaye, Arthur Kaye, Joseph Williams Whitmore and Charles Mahon Tyndall £200 each. To Alan Kingscote Cornwall £100. To her nieces, Eliza Letitia Kaye and Elizabeth Catherine Hammond, £200 each; to Sophia Anne Cornwall £200; to Mary Sophia Powell £300; to Frances Charlotte Watson £200; to Helen Mackenzie Kaye, Alice Vivian Kaye, Clementia Allnutt and Jane Harriet Puckle £200 each; to Henrietta Caroline Vaughan £100. To Selina Georgina Watson, widow of her nephew George William Watson, for the benefit of her children, £500. To her godchildren, Emily Anne Powell and Richard Kaye Puckle, £300 each; to Hester Anne Powell and Alice Jane Tyndall, £200 each; to Georgiana Ellen Senior £100; to Margaret Jane Daniell and Katherine Rosamund Fetherston £50 each. To the three eldest Miss Burnies of Worthing of Worthing £100. To the two Miss Kirshaws of Henley in Arden £100. To her executors the sum of £4,000 in trust to invest the same and pay the interest to her sister, Clementia Puckle, for her life, and then the legacy and investments shall be divided between her eldest son, Richard Kaye Puckle, and her younger daughter Jane Harriet Puckle. To her executors the sum of £1,000 in trust to invest the same and pay the interest to her sister-in-law, Mary Cecilia Kaye, widow, for her life, and the legacy and investment shall be transferred to Arthur Kaye. To her nephew, James Kaye, the residue of her property. Appoints her nephews, Joseph and James Kaye, executors of her will and gives to each of them £300.
