Descriptionof Old Woodbury, Cambridgeshire, spinster. To her executors the sum of £2,000 East and West India Dock Stock now standing in her name, upon trust as to one half part for her nephew, James Kaye, and as to the other half part upon trust for her 4 grandchildren, Mary Sophia Powell, wife of Henry Powell, esquire, of Coventry, Warwickshire, doctor of medicine, James Baden Powell, eldest son of the above Henry Powell, Sophia Ann Cornwall, wife of Reverend Alan Kingscote Cornwall, now curate of Owlpen, Gloucestershire, and Henrietta Wood, daughter of Henry Wood, junior, esquire, of the Indian Civil Service and his late wife, her niece Emily Wood, in equal shares. To her sisters, Mary Anne Watson, widow, Elizabeth Gabbit Whitmore, widow of Robert Whitmore of Sundridge, Kent, esquire, Jane Tindall, widow, Clementia Puckle, and Charlotte Warrrington Puckle, the sum of £200 each. (The money to be raised by the sale of a portion of her East India Stock upon trust to pay the interest to her sisters, Hester and Phoebe Kaye, during their lives, and after the decease of the survivor of them, upon trust to divide the stock equally between her nephew, James Kaye, and her niece, Mary Sophia Powell. To her sister, Hester Kaye, the residue of her property. Appoints her nephew, James Kaye, esquire, barrister at law, and her friend, Joseph Maynard, esquire, of Westbourne Terrace, executors of her will.
