Description1) Frederick Chamberlin of Mylor, Cornwall, esquire, and Helen Mackenzie Chamberlin, his wife. 2) Reverend Arthur Kaye of the Vicarage, Selborne, Hampshire, clerk in Holy Orders, and Walter Thoroton Kaye of No. 24 Wetherby Mansions, Earls Court Square, County of London, esquire. Recites: i) 2) are the present trustees of the marriage settlement of 5 June 1882, of 1) and on the request of 1), 2) have agreed to advance to Helen Mackenzie Chamberlin the sum of £500 on mortgage of leasehold premises known as Treneweth in the parish of Mylor out of money forming part of the funds subject to the trusts of the settlement. ii) It is apprehended that the trustees are not empowered by the settlement to invest money on the security of leasehold property. Now, 1) covenant with 2) that 1) will keep indemnified 2) and all future trustees of the settlement from all claims, etc, instituted against them in respect of the investment of the £500 on the leasehold security and from any loss accruing thereby.
