Description1) Joseph Kaye of the Middle Temple, barrister at law, a master of the supreme court of judicature. 2) Walter Thoroton Kaye of Temple Chambers in the County of London, esquire, and Reverend Arthur Kaye of Hessle Vicarage, Yorkshire, clerk. 3) Henry Prescott of Priors Marston, Warwickshire, esquire and 2). Recites: i) These are supplemental to the marriage settlement of 14 September 1864, of 1) (see 2651/T3) ii) The death of i)’s wife, Charlotte Alice Kaye, formerly Prescott. iii) The death of James Kaye on 30 June 1886, and 1) wishes to appoint 2) trustees of the settlement jointly with Henry Prescott. Now, 1) appoints 2) to be trustees jointly with Prescott.
