Description1) Frances Rose Tompson of Round Coppice, Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire, widow, the lessor. 2) Louis Thomas Pegg of 76 High Street, Uxbridge, lessee. It is agreed that for a rent of £25, 1) will grant to 2) full free and inclusive right for 2), his friends, servants and all other persons having his permission so to do to shoot over the game preserves, woods, farms and other lands of 1) at Round Coppice, Iver Heath, exclusive of 20a occupied by the house called Round Coppice and its gardens and grounds, and to kill and dispose of all game, rabbits, wild fowl and other wild animals and wild birds on the premises, from the day of this agreement until 1 February 1922. Endorsed: i) Memorandum, 11 January 1922. The agreement is continued for a further year from 1 February 1922, at the rent of £30, and the lands over which the rights are to be exercised are to include the 47.420a field lying to the south west side of the Alder Bourne. ii) Memorandum, 18 December 1922. The agreement is continued for a further year from 1 February 1923, as modified in endorsement i).
