Description1) Edward Carrier Smith Tompson of Mansfield Cottage in the parish of Iver, Buckinghamshire, esquire, vendor. 2) John Cathles Hill of Southwood Hall, Highgate, Middlesex, brick manufacturer, purchaser. 1) as tenant for life agrees to sell and 2) agrees to purchase for the sum of £10,000 the inheritance in fee simple in possession free from all incumbrances of the parcels of land in the parish of Fletton, Huntingdonshire, now in the occupation of William Farnsworth as tenant to 1), with all mines of coal, ironstone, slate, and other minerals under the property of the Great Northern Railway Co. adjacent to the properties contracted to be sold and under the triangular piece of land to the south of the properties contracted to be sold, bounded on the east by the main line of the GNR, and under the said main line adjacent to the triangular piece, and all rights, if any, of 1) to win and get the same and all rights of 1) in connection with the said properties. With a plan of the lands concerned.
