Recites: i) lease for 28 years, 29 May 1847. 1) to 2) the messuage or tenement, garden and premises known as 7 Church Terrace in the parish of Lee, Kent, abutting towards the north or front on Church Terrace, towards the south or rear on coach-houses and stables belonging to 1), towards the west on a messuage belonging to 1) and let by him to Samuel Herman de Zoete, esquire, and towards the east on a messuage in lease to John Lawrence, esquire, and also the 2 coach houses and 2 respective two-stall stables and stable yard also at Lee and at the back of the messuage. With a clause allowing 2) to end the lease at the end of the first 7, 14, or 21 years of the term. ii) Agreement between 1) and 2) that 2) will give up the remainder of his term in the lease from 20 April 1852 and that the lease will be cancelled at the expiration of the first 7 years on 23 June 1854.
