Descriptionof Lee, Kent, but now of No. 43 Clarges Street, Piccadilly, Middlesex, late a lieutenant colonel in the army. To his wife, Priscilla Elizabeth Smith, the residue of his real and personal estate and effects (except estates vested in him as trustee or mortgagee) after the payment of his debts, etc. To his wife during her life, provided she does not remarry, in pursuance of the power given to him in the will of Matthew Smith, esquire, late of Crooms Hill, Greenwich, Kent (see 2651/T17) the interest mentioned in that will. To his wife all estates vested in him as trustee or mortgagee upon the same trusts, etc as he holds them. Appoints his wife and his cousin, Edward Tompson of 4 Stone Buildings, Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, executrix and executor of his will. If his wife should die during his lifetime, then as follows: To his sister Mary Anne Smith of Lee, spinster, and his cousin, Edward Tompson, the residue of his real estate and personal estate, except as excepted above, upon trust to convert the same into money, to invest the money in stocks, etc and to pay the interest to Mary Anne Smith during her life, and after her death, upon trust to transfer the stocks, etc and interest to Edward Tompson. To Miss Smith and Tompson all estates vested in him as trustee or mortgagee upon the same trusts, etc as he holds them. Appoints Miss Smith and Tompson executrix and executor of the will.
