To Robert James Tompson, esquire, and Revered Edward Ward of Iver, Buckinghamshire, clerk, the other half part upon trust to continue the same or to invest the proceeds thereof and upon trust to pay the interest of two third parts of the stocks, etc to her youngest sister, Margaret Tompson, for her life, and after hear death to pay the interest to her sister, Julia Maria Norton Pegus, for her life, and after her death, upon trust to assign the two third part of the stocks and interest to the daughters of Margaret Tompson, or failing daughters, to the sons of Margaret Tompson, and in default of any issue to transfer the same to the children of Julia Maria Norton Pegus, and in default of issue, than to all the daughters of her three brothers, Matthew Carrier Tompson, Robert James Tompson and Edward Tompson; and as to the remaining third part of the stocks upon trust to pay the interest after her mother’s death to her sister, Julia Maria Morton Pegus for life, and then upon trust to transfer the stock and interest to all the children of Julia Maria Morton Pegus, and in default of issue, to the person or persons who will be then entitled to the above two third parts of the stocks and interest under the trusts expressed above. |
