Descriptionof Tetworth Hall, Sandy, Huntingdonshire, widow. To her married daughters, Anne Harriet, wife of the Reverend Canon Lowndes, Mary Cecilia, widow of Reverend Thomas Daubeny, and Helen Mackenzie, wife of Frederick Chamberlin, esquire, to her sons, Joseph, William and Arthur Kaye, and to her unmarried daughter, Alice Vivian Kaye, such a sum of money as together with any portions of the family estate, which under the trusts of her or their own marriage settlements they have received or may become entitled to, will be sufficient to make up the sum of £5,000 each. To her son, Joseph Kaye, her jewellery, plate, pictures, books and her furniture and household effects in her residence, Tetworth Hall. To her sons, Joseph and Arthur Kaye, her real and personal estate, other than that part bequeathed to Joseph, upon trust to convert the same to money and to pay her funeral and testamentary expenses and all the above legacies, and subject thereto, for Joseph for his own absolute use and benefit. Appoints Joseph and Arthur Kay executors of her will.
