Description1. James Drage of Molesworth, tailor. 2. William Norman of Molesworth, yeoman. 3. John Baker of Bythorn, Huntingdonshire, farmer and merchant, 2’s trustee. Recites: 1) Lease and release, 10-11 October 1810. 1. William Norman. 2. William Day, gentleman. 3. James Drage. 4. Thomas Pashler, farmer, trustee for Drage. The messuage and hereditaments below were conveyed to Drage and his trustee. 2) Norman has agreed with Drage for the absolute purchase of the messuage, etc. Now, 1 to 2 and 3, in trust for 2, in consideration of £150 paid to 1 by 2. All that messuage or tenement in Molesworth (being the nethermost part of a cottage lately divided in 2 tenements) with the barn and yard or garden thereto belonging, lately in the tenure of Benjamin Furnall and now in the tenure of 1, bounded on the north by premises belonging to 2, on the east by the Town Street, on the south by other part of the said cottage, belonging to William Draper, and on the west by a close belonging to Philip Hurstwait, which hereditaments and premises were formerly the estate of Matthew Pettit of Elsworth, Cambridgeshire, blacksmith, afterwards of 2 and now of 1.
