Description1. Thomas Sawyer Parris of Thrapston, Northamptonshire, gentleman, eldest son and heir of Thomas Sawyer Parris late of Thrapston, gentleman, deceased, and Daniel Yorke of Thrapston, gentleman, who are devisees in fee named in the last will of the said Thomas Sawyer Parris, deceased. 2. William Harding of Kimbolton, clerk. £100. The messuage, cottage or tenement, now or late in the tenure of Joseph Sharpe, in Molesworth, Huntingdonshire; the close of pasture or inclosed piece of ground (½ a) in Molesworth adjoining and belonging to the above messuage; the cottage or tenement now or late in the tenure of Oliver Bossingham in Molesworth; all the several pieces and parcels of arable land, ley, meadow and pasture ground (10a 1r 13p), now in the tenure of Joseph Sharpe and Elizabeth Kingston, widow, which are particularly mentioned and described in a terrier annexed to a release of 28 April 1739, made between Oliver Bossingham and Thomas Sawyer Parris, now deceased; and common of pasture for 24 sheep and 3 cows or beasts in the commonable fields and places of Molesworth. (Subject to the payment of one annuity of £2 10s 0d to William Irving, now or late of Eaton Socon, Bedfordshire, Officer of Excise, for his life, and secured to him by a lease and release of 1/2 December 1746, made between Thomas Sawyer Parris, then of Higham Ferrars, Northamptonshire, gentleman, now deceased (1), William Irving (2), and John Parratt of Oldweston, Huntingdonshire, gentleman, and John Drew of Higham Ferrers, barber (3).)
