Recites: 1) Death of Buxton Kenrick of Cumberland Street, Marylebone, but formerly of Alwalton, Huntingdonshire, Esq, on 23 November 1832, and his will of 4 October 1832. 2) Settlement of 18 April 1826; 2647/T1; 2647/T2. 3) The twelfth share of the late Buxton Kenrick’s estate now consists of £267 9s 8d, 3¼ per cent bank annuities. 4) 2 has agreed to lend £150 upon security. Now 1 to 2, £150. The sum of £267 9s 8d, 3¼ per cent bank annuities now standing in the names of Barrow, de Symons, de Symons and Roy in the books of the Governor and Company of the Bank of England and the dividends, interest, etc, to accrue therefrom.
