Recites the will of Charlotte Robinson late of St Ives bequeathing property to her daughter Eliza Robinson, her son Cornelius Robinson, and Thomas Coote upon trust to sell her two freehold messuages upon her death, her death on 13 January 1869. In consideration of £350 paid by 3) to Eliza Robinson, and £350 retained by 3) as his share, and 10 shillings by 3) to Thomas Coote, 1) conveys to 2) to the use of 3). The freehold messuage in the Waterside formerly in the occupation of Elizabeth Ashton, Charlotte Robinson and now Eliza Robinson, and the freehold messuage contiguous to the last mentioned and abutting upon Bridge Street formerly in occupation of Mrs Cox and Frederick Mutton. |
