TitleAssignment of term of 100 years to attend the inheritance. 1) Chamberlain Goodwin of Park Street, Southwark, Surrey, dyer, and Robert Slow of Huntingdon, grocer, executors for the will of Sarah Goodes of Huntingdon, spinster, deceased, and guardians and trustees of her nephew Philip Goodes. 2) Philip Goodes of Huntingdon, gentleman, mortgagee in possession of the premises. 3) Griffin Warren, carpenter, son and heir of Ann and James Warren of St Ives, carpenter, deceased, Ann being the only child and heir of Griffin Bentley of St Ives, waterman. Recites mortgage 3 April 1740 by Ann Bentley to Thomas Rennall, assignment to Mary Darlow, death of Mary Darlow and Sarah Goodes her niece, and that equity of redemption is vested in Griffin Warren. Consideration 5s paid by 3) to 1), and £80 paid by 3) to 2). 1) assigns and surrender to 3), and 2) ratifies and confirms to 3), the two messuages on the Waterside, with intent that the term be merged and extinguished. The two messuages are in the occupation of Sarah Warren and Thomas Pugh.
