DescriptionCopy will of William Richer, farmer of Whittlesey. Will dated 14th Mar 1877. To Eliz, wife, all household goods, furniture, plate, linen, china, consumable stores and provisions; To Wm (otherwise Wm Richer Edgley), son (born before marriage) and Wm. Bushnell Slade, friend, all farming live and dead stock, implements and utensils of husbandry, growing and other crops, all other money, securities and residual personal estate as Trustees to convert to money to pay all debts, expenses and mortgages and the balance to be invested; to Eliz, wife, the equivalent of half a years rent of real estate out of the proceeds of the sale of goods; to trustees Richer and Slade real estate to let on trust to Wm, son; to Eliz, wife, rent of real estate and interest on investment of residual personal estate, for life and then to son Wm. for life then to be divided equally between his children. Note of codicil made in January 1887 revoking the appointment of Wm. Slade as executor.
